"Glee" pays tribute to Whitney Houston

by Dimitris Ioannou

“Glee” returns tonight with a whole new episode, titled “Big Brother” guest starring Matt Bomer, but on April 24, Glee club pays tribute to one of the greatest voices that ever walked on this earth, the amazing Whitney Houston.

In the “Dance With Somebody” episode, New Directions will cover some of the biggest hits of the late Whitney Houston, who died last month. Brittany (Heather Morris) and Santana (Naya Rivera) are honoured with performing the title song, as we can see from the first still released yesterday.

One week earlier, the McKinley High goes... disco! On April 17 episode “Saturday Night Glee-ver”, the hit series will page homage to the movie “Saturday Night Fever”, covering disco-infused numbers.

We also have a new arrival. “Glee Project” runner-up Alex Newell makes his big debut, making us wonder when Jonathan Groff, Rachels big crush on first season, will return too. Producer Ryan Murphy revealed earlier this season that Newell and Groff would share “many scenes” together.

Matt Bomer and Darren Criss cover Gotye on “Glee's” new episode

by Dimitris Ioannou

New troubles for the McKinley High, as Blaine's brother Cooper comes to visit. In “Glee's” new sneak peak that FOX released today, we see the Anderson brothers, perform a very interesting cover of Gotye's big hit “Somebody That I Used To Know”.

In next week's episode, titled “Big Brother”, Matt Bomer is the latest actor to guest star in the series, playing Darren Criss's older brother.

From all we can understand by the video, the two brothers have some unsolved issues, going back to their childhood.

Bomer's first attempt to sing in national TV is quite successful as the “White Collar's” actor has a really great voice.

For anything more, we have to wait until next Tuesday, April 10.
