Russel Brand is going to host the 2012
MTV Movie Awards on June 3 at the Gibson Amphitheater in Los Angeles,
and he is more than excited. The English comedian in an official
statement said: “This MTV Movie Awards will be more impressive than
The Avengers, and
you won't have to wait an hour for someone to Hulk out”.
Although Brand work again for the
network at the MTV Music Video Awards in 2008 and 2009, this will the
first time for him to host the MTV Movie Awards.
“Bridesmaids”,
“Harry Potter and the
Deathly Hallows: Part 2”,
“The Help”, “Breaking
Dawn: Part 1” and “The
Hunger Games” are some of the big nominees, while Kristen Stewart,
Charlize Theron, Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone, are expected to
attend the event.
